    Comment: I've been drinking "smoothies" lately after workouts. Just drank one right now. I add whey protein, all natural yogurt, raspberries and blueberries (good for brain function), milk and then blend. Tastes better than you think.

    Comment: I've been interval swimming lately (WITHOUT a t-shirt on). Basically you swim at 90-100% effort across the pool and back. You should be exhausted. Give yourself a couple of minutes to catch your breath and repeat. My body has really responded to this change of pace and I am down about 10 lbs.

    I've been mixing it up lately. I usually just do the eliptical but I've been mixing in the treadmill twice a week as well. I've found that as long as I have a couple of days in between my running days, my knees feel fine.

    I had been really sick towards the end of October and as a result, I lost about 10 lbs. It's a horrible way of losing weight, but I have been trying my best to keep it off since. So far, I have been successful.
